About Us

Dr Anjali Chatterjee Regional Research Institute for Homoeopathy has been established in the year 2010 in Kolkata, West Bengal. It was established by the Central Council for Research in Homoeopathy, Ministry of Health & Family welfare, Govt. of India for carrying out clinical research, basic research on Scientific guidelines in Homoeopathy and treatment in the field of homoeopathic system of medicine. |
INCEPTION AND UPGRADATION

· In the year of 1972 a small unit of CCRH was established in the name of Drug proving Resaerch Unit, Kolkata, in the campus of D.N. De Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Kolkata with a view to conduct the Drug proving programme. · Subsequently this has been upgraded to Regional Research Institute (Dr. Anjali Chatterji Regional Research Institute for homoeopathy, Kolkata) in the year of 2010 in the present address. · A state of art Virology laboratory has been set up over here. · Apart from Drug proving various Clinical Research studies are being carried out at this Institute, on projects like Urolithiasis, Breast cancer, Autism, Fibro adenoma of Breast , Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disorder (GERD) , Psoriasis, Hypertension, Migraine, Vitiligo, Cough, UTI, Warts, Adolescent behaviour, Adjustment disorder, Dengue, Clinical verification and COVID-19 diseases. · Recently Drug Standardization Laboratory and Animal house are also developed to enhance many more preclinical, clinical and basic/fundamental research studies. · The Institute is also rendering our services with effective homoeopathic treatment to a large number of patients in daily general OPD. Beside these the Institute is also providing medical care facilities time to time to the remote areas under its Swasthya Rakshan camp and SCSP programme |
