	Scope of creating permanent infrastructure	Land was made available by Siliguri Jalpaiguri Development authority (SJDA) with cost of landapprox. 28 lakhs of (1214.06 Sq. meters) under West Bengal Government for development of the Regional Research Institute for Homoeopathy, Siliguri.
	Status of communication with State Govt. for procurement of land	· Land possession acquired in the name of Officer In Charge, CR(H),Siliguri, Ministry of AYUSH. · Necessary permission has been taken from various authority for the development of Regional Research Institute for Homoeopathy, Siliguri.
	If already land has been provided by the State Govt. then status/progress of construction of own building cost benefit plan	· Current status of construction is that 70 percent work has been completed. PMC are committed to hand over the building in this year (Dec 2021). 07 crore has been released to the PMC till date. · Several meetingsregarding the progress report has been taken up with Competent authority, Ministry of Ayush every month for the last 01 year. · The site was allocated by the SJDA under West Bengal Government comprised in Khatian No 642, LR Plot No 47(P): area measuring 1214.06 Sq. meters situated at Mouza Chotopathuram,JL No 78,street No 01.PS Phansidewa, Distt Darjeeling in favor of Officer In charge, Ministry of AYUSH Govt. of India for the construction of Research Institute for Homoeopathy is found to be feasible for construction with respect to location, accessibility, and connectivity by the officials · OIC, Siliguri received the approval in respect of construction of building for RRI(H), Siliguri at Rs 9.25 Cr plus PMC charges@7%from CCRH dated 18/02/2020. DPR (Detailed project report) was submitted to NBCC(INDIA)Limited along with all other relevant documents. · Visit by Ministry of AYUSH officials like Additional Secretary and Joint secretary to the site.

FACILITIES	Laboratory facilities	The laboratory of the Unit has been upgraded with Hemtologyanalyzer, Semi auto analyzer, ELISA and other instruments for complete pathological, biochemistry and hormonal investigations. Additional special investigations and imaging facilities are outsourced to local laboratories depending on the project requirements. The infrastructural details and requirements are being attached in Annexure 7
	Library	A small library with approximately 300 books on technical and administrative subjects is present within the Unit. A better library with extensive books on technical subjects, journal collections and other topics is required to be developed at RRI(H) Siliguri.
