AE (Civil) and JE (Civil) from CPWD were also present at the site for providing their inputs. · The site allocated by the HP state Government comprised in KhataKhatauni No. 337/550 Khasra No. 707/1 area measuring 3809.02 Sq. meters situated at MohalDhalli-II Tehsil Shimla Rural in favour of Ministry of AYUSH Govt. of India for the construction of Research Institute for Homoeopathy is found to be feasible for construction with respect to location, accessibility, and connectivity by the committee. · Letter for RE (Revised Estimate) of DPR (Detailed project report) is submitted to CPWD Shimla Including IT infrastructure and furniture with curtains. · In response to letter given to CPWD for RE (Revised Estimate) of DPR; a detailed estimate amounting Rs. 2,62,500/- has been framed for preparation of submission drawings based on supplied architectural drawing in accordance with prevailing by laws of Municipal Corporation (M.C.)/ Town and Country Planning (TCP) Shimla (local body) and submitting the case with all documents as required for liasoning and perusal with Municipal Corporation/ TCP till final approval of the case. Subsequently, the revised estimate shall be provided. · Waiting for Administrative and Financial approval from the Competent Authority for further Proceeding in this concern. · Rupees 7.69 Cr had been already released to the CPWD for further necessary action in concern to infrastructure development of Regional Research Institute for Homoeopathy, Shimla at Mauja Dhalli. · Director General of CCRH and its team visited the construction site and suggested certain modifications in AD of the RRI (H) Shimla. · Final estimate (NIT) is prepared and sent to ADG office of CPWD, so the necessary action can be taken for the calling of the tender.

Swasthyarakshan programme	Health camps have been organised under SwasthyaRakshan Programme in five identified villages/colonies from April 2015 to 31st August 2018 wherein 7965 patients attended in camps
Door to door individual health survey in predominant areas 1.10.2016-30.11.2016	728 families covered at baseline and more than 500 families covered during each 1st, 2nd and 3rd follow-up under family health profile survey and 202 individuals covered at baseline, 55 individuals covered during subsequent follow-ups under individual health status survey
SC Health Camps	28 villages by 09 Institutes/ Units have been adopted to undertake the activity of SC health camp having more than 40% of SC population. The objective of the programme is to provide free medical facilities to the people at their doorstep, create awareness/educate people about the healthy lifestyle through health promotion activities and Identification of common prevalent disease in the villages. In the year 2019-20 a new project under the SC camp has been incorporated namely ‘Public Health Intervention in Geriatrics Healthcare’, in which screening of elderly population above 60 years of age for their psychosocial need using predefined questionnaire and sensitizing community at the doorstep.
Mass Prophylactic distribution	Door to door distribution of Homoeopathic prophylactic medicine for COVID 19 in which Approximately 5732 population is provided with Homoeopathic immune boosting medicine to Front line workers and general population of nearby area.
Azadi Amrit Mahotsav	Under the ambient of “Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav” 3146 peoples were given Homoeopathic Prophylactic medicines for boosting their immunity with special emphasis on Geriatrics and Child age group, for creating strong immunity shield in the more prone population get affected in the tail of 2nd COVID wave and upcoming predicted 3rd COVID wave.
PoshanMah	PoshanMah 2020 Ø Online Lectures/ nutritional health talks by the officers/ scientist of Council Institutes/ Units having mass coverage for schools. Ø Development of Nutrigardens across the associated campuses / premises: Total 18 regional nutritious fruits are grown in nearby area. Ø Photographs of Pictorial depiction of regional plants having nutritional value in institute camps, OPD/ IPD. Ø IEC activities. o Slogan submitted in English and regional language. Ø PoshanPakhwada March 2021 (16th to 31st March 2021) o Poster related to importance of nutrition for combating malnutrition has been displayed in the OPD halls as well as in the institute premises. – Approx 120 people is benefited. Ø Organized Poshan Panchayat – 33 members were benefited. o Organized Digital Poshan Panchayat at Bhatakuffer – 26 members were benefited. o Organized walk / rally in nearby area – All residents of nearby area of the institute approximately 1000. o Celebration of RashtriyaPoshan Abhiyan during month of Sep – 2021 o First Week: Plantation activity in the form of PoshanVatika at the space available Approximately 12 regional nutritious plant. o Second Week: YOGA and AYUSH for Nutrition for School going student webinar is organized for DAV school. – Approximately 200 student was benefitted. o Third Week: Distribution of Nutrition Kits comprising of regional nutritious food to beneficiary of Anganwadi along with IEC. Approximately 50 children were benefitted. o Fourth Week: Identification of Severely Acute Malnourished (SAM) children and pregnant female and distributing the nutritive kits comprising of Nutritious regional Vegetable and pulses.
Swachchtapakhwada	Activities undertaken during SwachhataPakhwada from 16th October 2020 to 31st October 2020. Various activity performed during the period for creating awareness related to importance of Hygiene and sanitation, creating awareness related to COVID appropriate behaviour in patient of OPD and School going children through online platform. Approximately 300 subjects were educated and benefitted with the activities.
AYUSH 64	Under the Mass distribution of AYUSH 64 in asymptomatic and mild to moderate COVID 19 patients in home isolation. –55 patients enrolled for checking the effectiveness of AYUSH 64 on asymptomatic, mild, and moderate cases of Home isolated COVID 19 positive cases.
