AE (Civil) and JE (Civil) from CPWD were also present at the site for providing their inputs. · The site allocated by the HP state Government comprised in KhataKhatauni No. 337/550 Khasra No. 707/1 area measuring 3809.02 Sq. meters situated at MohalDhalli-II Tehsil Shimla Rural in favour of Ministry of AYUSH Govt. of India for the construction of Research Institute for Homoeopathy is found to be feasible for construction with respect to location, accessibility, and connectivity by the committee. · Letter for RE (Revised Estimate) of DPR (Detailed project report) is submitted to CPWD Shimla Including IT infrastructure and furniture with curtains. · In response to letter given to CPWD for RE (Revised Estimate) of DPR; a detailed estimate amounting Rs. 2,62,500/- has been framed for preparation of submission drawings based on supplied architectural drawing in accordance with prevailing by laws of Municipal Corporation (M.C.)/ Town and Country Planning (TCP) Shimla (local body) and submitting the case with all documents as required for liasoning and perusal with Municipal Corporation/ TCP till final approval of the case. Subsequently, the revised estimate shall be provided. · Waiting for Administrative and Financial approval from the Competent Authority for further Proceeding in this concern. · Rupees 7.69 Cr had been already released to the CPWD for further necessary action in concern to infrastructure development of Regional Research Institute for Homoeopathy, Shimla at Mauja Dhalli. · Director General of CCRH and its team visited the construction site and suggested certain modifications in AD of the RRI (H) Shimla. · Final estimate (NIT) is prepared and sent to ADG office of CPWD, so the necessary action can be taken for the calling of the tender.

OPD:-The institute is running two General OPDs from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm daily except second Saturdays, Sunday and Gazetted holidays. A total of 10,033 patients have availed homoeopathic medical facilities from general OPD during FY- 2022-2023 period.

3.	MCH Special OPD		On every Monday & Thursday MCH OPD is functioning. Total 2,178were benefitted during FY- 2022-23.			Institute is hardly getting any obstetric patients, most of the patients attending MCH OPD are paediatric patients are suffering from seasonal complaints only.
4.	Rheumatology Special OPD		On every Wednesday & Friday Rheumatology OPD is functioning. Total 1052 patients were benefitted, during FY- 2022-2023.			A good number of cases of fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, gout etc. are attending our OPDs.

Working hours of the Library are from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm in office working days.

Swasthyarakshan programme	Health camps have been organised under SwasthyaRakshan Programme in five identified villages/colonies from April 2015 to 31st August 2018 wherein 7965 patients attended in camps

SC Health Camps	28 villages by 09 Institutes/ Units have been adopted to undertake the activity of SC health camp having more than 40% of SC population. The objective of the programme is to provide free medical facilities to the people at their doorstep, create awareness/educate people about the healthy lifestyle through health promotion activities and Identification of common prevalent disease in the villages. In the year 2019-20 a new project under the SC camp has been incorporated namely ‘Public Health Intervention in Geriatrics Healthcare’, in which screening of elderly population above 60 years of age for their psychosocial need using predefined questionnaire and sensitizing community at the doorstep.

Swachchtapakhwada	Activities undertaken during SwachhataPakhwada from 16th October 2020 to 31st October 2020. Various activity performed during the period for creating awareness related to importance of Hygiene and sanitation, creating awareness related to COVID appropriate behaviour in patient of OPD and School going children through online platform.
