RTI

Council has its RTI Cell at CCRH headquarters, looked after by Senior Research Officer, with the First Appellate Authority being the Head of the Organization, i.e. Director General, as per the RTI Act, 2005. This Act confers the right to information for citizens to secure access to information under the control of public authorities, to promote transparency and accountability in the working of every public authority. The objective is to empower the citizens, promote transparency and accountability in the working of the Government, contain corruption, and make our democracy work for the people in the real sense.

Under the provisions of the Act, any citizen of India may request information from a "public authority" (a body of Government or "instrumentality of State"), which is required to reply expeditiously or within thirty days. Under the Act, every public authority has to computerize their records for wide dissemination and proactively publish certain categories of information so that citizens need minimum recourse to request information formally. During the reporting year (2024-25), one hundred sixty-seven [167] RTI applications and twenty-five [25] RTI appeals were received and disposed.

About CCRH

Homoepathy was discovered by a German Physician, Dr. Christian Friedrich Samuel Hahnemann (1755-1843), In the late eighteen century. It is a therapetic systemof medicine premised on the principle,"Similia Similibus Curentur" or 'let likes be treated by likes'. It is a method of treatment for curring the patient by medicines that posses the power of producing similar symptoms in a human being simulating the natural disease, which it can cure in the diseased person, It treates the patients not only through holistic approach but also considers individuaistic characteristics of the person. This concepts of 'Law of Similars' was also enuncaited by Hippocrates and Paracelsus, but Dr. Hahnemann established it on a scientific footing despite the fact that he lived in an age when modern laboratory methods were almost unknown.
